VMware Is Expanding Unity Beyond OS X
I realize I’m exposing my soft fleshy nerd underbelly here but this is very cool. VMware is going to include the Unity feature to other platforms. For those of you not on a Mac, Unity allows you to bring the applications running in a virtual machine forward into the host OS. On a Mac this means that you can have Microsoft Office 2007 or Visual Studio appear ad though it is running right along side Safari or another Mac app. http://www.chipx86.com/blog/?p=237
